That being said, a food scale could come handy in some scenarios, but it’s not needed.

Our approach focuses on food quality and portion control rather than strict calorie counting. We'll teach you simple, practical methods to balance your meals without the need for complex tracking. However, if you're interested in learning about macros, we do cover the basics to help you make informed choices.

The workshop runs for 2 weeks. We will send you an email with a link to the materials of the day, resources, etc. You'll need to set aside time each day to read materials, complete worksheets, and apply what you've learned. We recommend allocating 20-30 minutes per day for the best results.
